Hello Families!

I'm Lauren Goff, and I'm so excited to be teaching third grade at Rocklin Academy Gateway for my second year. My path to the classroom started at Napa Valley College with an AA in Social and Behavioral Sciences, followed by a BA in Liberal Studies and my Multiple Subject Teaching Credential from Sonoma State University. Over the past decade, I've gained valuable experience teaching across different age groups and subjects, including fourth grade, technology, and K-1. Becoming a teacher has always been a dream of mine, a passion ignited by the dedicated educators in my family and the inspiring teachers I had throughout my own schooling. This year, my goal is to cultivate a lifelong love of learning in each child. I believe strongly in building positive classroom relationships and creating a supportive environment where students understand that mistakes are not just okay, but a valuable part of growth. I'm looking forward to a fantastic 2025-2026 school year with you and your child!
