Hello! My name is Tammy Sisenglath and I am so grateful to have found a second home with Rocklin Academy Gateway! I moved to the Rocklin area a few years ago with my little family unit and I have never been happier.

 

I have a BA in Child and Adolescent development from San Jose State University and my Masters in Teaching from San Francisco University. I also hold a multi-subject credential and I recently completed my coursework for my Administrative Credential in June 2025. I have been teaching for fifteen years now and have loved my unique experiences ranging from preschool through fourth grade. I have learned so much from my time in private school, public school, and now have found my happy place at our public charter! 

 

My husband, Brady, is a sushi chef and we absolutely love exploring the area for great food, breweries, and new dining experiences. Our son, Liam will be a kindergartener at Gateway for the next school year and our incredible daughter is happily thriving at her Montessori school. 

 

I am truly so excited to embark on my next chapter at Gateway as a first grade teacher! I have a huge heart for the primary grades and cannot wait to work with these little learners. Cheers to an incredible 2026-2027 school year to come!
