Hello, my name is Kyle Dyck and I am extremely excited to be teaching 2nd grade at Rocklin Academy this year.

Born and raised in Rocklin California, my wife and I lived in the East Bay for the past 6 years. We moved back in July 2020 with plans to start our own family. Several years have gone by and now our journey involves raising 2 amazing children that keep us always busy. Even though our normal family routines and activities have dramatically changed this past few year with little ones, we love going for walks, go out to eat, drink coffee and playing board games on a regular basis.

I have always been passionate about helping children be the best versions of themselves. Back in 2013, I received my bachelors degree at William Jessup University where my career focused on directing many different children's programs at various non-profit organizations. This passion continued to grow into a desire to become an elementary teacher. I completed my teaching credential at CSU East Bay in 2019. My current, but always growing, personal vision as a teacher is to help students be the best versions of themselves academically, emotionally, and socially.

The more I learn about my students the more I love my job. I cannot wait to meet and partner with parents and students so that we ALL learn and grow together academically, socially, and emotionally. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out to me anytime. I cannot wait for the year to come!
